Special Meeting/Workshop

1. Call to Order: 4:30 p.m.
2. Attorney Client Session re: Morganti
   Minutes: Our counsel has indicated a desire to obtain advice from the Board regarding settlement negotiations and strategies related to the pending litigation in the case of School Board of Palm Beach County v. The Morganti Group, Inc. et al. This emergency meeting is being held in accordance with Florida Statute pursuant to a finding of an immediate danger to the public welfare and allowing the Board to consider options.
   
   In accordance with Florida Statute 286.011, a closed-door, attorney-client session has been scheduled for now and was properly noticed. This session will take approximately 20 minutes.
